The problem is that (as you know so well) this is a photo digitally manipulated to seem like a drawing and not a real drawing. If you delete your comment saying that you draw this and replace it by a comment where you say what you actually did and change the category maybe you could leave it in your gallery (but I don't find this kind of procedure anyhow interesting or worthy).
Again, my advise is for you to delete this.
